Now if iI can get broken part out. Dont know how it happened as I torque everything to spec and I have 4000 miles since this had been installed with may jaunts up to 5600rpm.

Cool that you found it.
My guess is that it was over tightened at some point (maybe a few times) during its 50 years on this planet, was stress cracked and finally snapped.

New bolts 440 source.

spec is 200 inch pounds not much of a bolt is needed for that. I will replace them though.
