Looking for 1973 road runner 340 Green with white stripes in Ohio

I have the build sheet for a 73 road runner that I used to own in the 90's. RM21H3G190047. I traded it in to Trader Bud's Westside Dodge in Columbus Ohio in about 1992. An Ohio online title search reveals that it was sold to someone in Coshocton County Ohio in November of 92 and the title has not been transferred since. The car was F8 green with white stripes. 340 auto with green bucket seat interior. There was minor damage to one of the rear quarter panels.

Still have the build sheet for this car. Has to be tucked away in someones garage or barn in Ohio. Sound familiar to anyone?
