what is the first year p.ymouth put the pentastar emblem on the right lower fender,,,,63 or 64

Was it only Plymouth that did that or did Dodge do it too? Both cars and trucks?

Both Dodge and Plymouth had them. I believe the trucks started later but they had them too. These early ones are also Metal not plastic.

I agree 63 model cars where the start but think it might of been a later in the year production Not sure if it matters for what your doing but my 63 Plymouth for sure did not come with one but it was also a early Oct 62 built car & I'm about 99% sure my other April built 63 didn't have one either but that could be due to different circumstances.
