You can back off on the torsion bar adjusts to the lower the front, but it will affect ride quality and alignment. I would recommend getting larger diameter torsion bar like the 1.03". With these you can keep a lowered stance without sacrificing ride quality or bottoming out.
The absolute best way is to get off set spindles so you don't sacrifice the proper tension of the torsion bars on the lower control arms. This also ensure your shocks are in the perfect position for their total travel in both directions. Lowering via the torsion bars really screws up alignment values and handling. By the way, nice ride. Mine's done on the exterior just like yours - bad *** black.
You would never know by the looks of it but this 63 Valiant has 2'' drop spindles on the front with .920 T-Bars. Ride and handling was great for a small slant six car.
