I figured this would be the right place to ask.
I'll be purchasing a set of Magnum 500 series 54 wheels Vintiques

which get significantly better reviews.
15x8 all the way around.
5.4-1/2 bolt spacing,
4.5" offset
&,1/2" studs.
245/60-15 front.
275/60-15 rear.
I definitely do not want the wheels to be sticking out of the fenders in any which way whatsoever.
Will 4.5" offset do it??
Seems to be the only choice on 15x8.
