Here is what I have found for you from the service manual:
(Could not locate curb height for rear)

For all it's worth, my stock 31k original mileage Magnum XE with 215/70r-15's measures 26.5" front and 27" rear to the bottom of the fender openings.

The torsion bar anchor to floor measurement is 9.75"
