What is the ideal number of threads showing on the adjuster for the mancini 1.6 rocker arms, 440. Need to order some pushrods, thanks.

The best thing you can do is measure what you need. You can sacrifice an old push rod and make a length checker out of it.

I don’t think it really matter as long as there are some threads showing. But from memory of other engines I would say about 3. Just my opinion but I’m not an engine builder.

Thanks, not planning on guessing, just want to know where is best for the adjuster to be. I would imagine not more than a couple of threads showing below the arm.

I would aim for minimal number of threads showing. Although rocker designs vary, with this type of rocker, more threads showing below will lose valve lift.

You don't want the cup too high for the possibility of,
Oil can't squirt in to the cup
And the cup hitting the rocker.
