I took my rr doors down to bare metal, they had some surface rust on them, most of it sanded off, but there was some that 80 grit couldnt knock off. I was thinking of using ospho to nuetralize this, what are people using?

Rust mort is not supposed to be applied overmetal that has been blasted or cleaned. I use rust o mort already. It oxidizes bare metal.

Myself I use Rust Bullet.....Typically not over rust (which that's what it's intended for), but to add another barrier of protection under the primer/paint on fresh or clean metal. It's a converter and encapsulator all in one. I would take a tigerwheel to any rust showing that the 35-60 grit on my die grinder doesn't eat. If I need to go too deep to remove it all...well......replace the metal

Good luck
