So, I built a 505 stroker for my 64 SF. Running really well. Since the car will be mostly for going to cruise in, or shows, I'm wondering if my 750 mighty Demon is good for the cubic inches. I was told that a 950 would be good by Andy F. And I trust his advice, but my life has changed, so I doubt that I will be drag racing. Thoughts?
Second, I've heard that the Demon carburetors are measured differently from Holley, and that it is more like an 850. Any thoughts on this?

If it is not a race car. The small differences between the 750/850/950
would not be very noticeable in a street cruiser. They would all work
great in your placation.

I’m running an 850 Mighty Demon on my 528 hemi. Mine is 99.9 percent a street car. Runs great.

On an engine dyno, above 5000RPM the 850
carb was limiting power in my testing. Unless you’re spending time at high RPM, any decent carb will do fine for the street.
