I discovered these Raised White Letter tires on the net today. Looks like they debuted in Spring of 2018. They have a 245/60/15 (overall diameter 26.6) and a 295/50/15 (overall diameter 26.7) Only a tenth of an inch difference in diameter! Almost the same. I'm interested to know if anyone on here has tried these tires or have any experience with them.

Haven't seen any around this part of the country. Good looking tire though.

I had some on a Chrysler I had. They were good tires.

If I had to guess, NOT America.
You guessed right. Simply put, Milestar Tires are manufactured by Nankang Tires, at one of two plants that are based in Taiwan.

BFGoodrich is owned by the French tire company Michelin, though the BF tires are made in the US. Cooper tires are made in the US also. The Milestar Streetsteel are about 5 bucks less per tire than Cooper Cobra Radial G/T. Treadwear, traction, temperature and speed ratings are the same as the Cobras.

I am annoyed by the frequent complaints (over the past 3 to 5 years) of yellow/brown lettering, that will not clean back to white, on the recent BF Radial T/A tires. The BF T/A tires currently on my car still have white looking letters and they are almost 20 years old (which is probably why they are still white).. But I don't think it's a good idea to continue using 20 year old tires..

Firestone Firehawks are available again in 15 inch.
I looked these up on Firestone’s website. No RWL Firehawks. And no 15” Firehawks in any width size that is appropriate for a B-Body.

They have 255 60, 275 60, and 295 50s all in 15s. I have seen 255 70 15 also.

I see Amazon list them too. Just do a search for Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 15 inch.

I passed on them because of the funny looking checkered flag detail around the outside wall.

I've been looking for good photos of vintage muscle cars wearing these tires. I found some good ones today. So thought I'd share these for others to look at.

I'm considering getting a set of these tires for my car. The tread of the tire actually looks kind of vintage (bias ply like) to me. The Radial T/A and Cooper Cobra treads don't look anything at all like the original equipment tires.

This 69 Charger looks to have their widest tire on the rear, 295/50/15. With either 235 or 245/60/15 on the front. That is my guess. Too bad they don't state the actual sizes.

This 70 Javelin appears to have their only 14 inch tire, the 225/70/14 front and rear.

This 68 El Camino looks to have 245/60/15 front and rear.
