I had this starter fail. I removed it and come to find a terminal had come apart. cracked and solder come apart. the insulator fell into pieces not sure how this happen? but question is does any one know where I can get a small terminal to repair it? with the insulator (plastic) ? I can't find a source. plan B is a piece of vac hose slit and slid down it there after re soldering it. but might not be as water proof.

You could try a local starter rebuilder for the parts.

You may also be able to use a hot glue gun to insulate it after you resolder it. But parts are readily available. If you don't find what you need, PM me and I can likely get the part.
