Quality hinge cores are always hard to get, especially after 40-50 years . We prefer to rebuild your original hinges. No question about their history or fit. Cores when available generally run about $60. additional. It is refundable with an acceptable core returned.

I am always looking for good, virgin, rust pit free, undamaged, unaltered, hinge sets that also do not have excessively worn main pivot pin holes. Preferably less than .375-3/8" diameter. Send me good, closeup pictures of what you have. I will include some photos of what to look for.
