My friends AMX got a new fresh bullit yesterday!

My friend has a 73 AMX and we installed a fresh 360 engine and an NOS torqueflight transmission! I got him the transmission,new in the box from a Dodge dealers parts department that was formerly an American Motors Dealership. It was in the attic since the 70s!

I have a 69 AMX 390 4 speed car waiting for me to get around to restoring. That's my 390 engine on the stand in the backround of the last picture. My friend is regasketing and painting it for me.

The sound of those engines well tuned up is amazing, fond memories with my dad in his javelin.
