Not long ago my wife backed into the Charger... then I backed it into my daily driver like an idiot!! The bright side is it presented the perfect excuse to redo the exhaust and fix a few other things lol.
As much as I loved the side exit exhaust it continued to be problematic getting dinged up so out the back it goes. I love the tucked look on the new Ram trucks so that was my goal. Pretty happy with it, now to fix the corner and get some paint on it.
I was pleasantly surprised when my idea actually worked, I made a stamping die, laid a chunk of car tire on it followed by a block of wood then a heavy steel plate and this is what it created. All that was left was to heat the inner lip and finish folding it in.. easy peasy.
