WTB N96 hood hinges ( heavy duty)

Have a 1971 road runner and need a set of air grabber hood hinge springs. (heavy duty) Just changed to a N96 hood with the air grabber assembly and
hood will not stay up with regular hood springs.

I’ve never heard of heavy hood springs (I’m not an expert, but do have a 70 air grabber). Maybe your factory (original?) springs are just weak??? You don’t notice until you put a heavier hood on

I have not heard of them either. My 72 was at a body shop years ago getting painted, and a worker there somehow managed to bend mine closing the hood one day. They ended up getting hood springs from a local guy that were off of a 71 Satellite. I've never had an issue with mine using those springs.
