I was too hard on my Magnum 5.9 that I had in my 65 Coronet and I want to build another one with my good parts so really only need a good block. I am in Southern California. If you know a possible source for same, please let me know. Thanks Guys

...or search craigslist for 92-00 Durangos, vans, and full size trucks.

I've seen running trucks with bad transmissions for as low as $600.

Junk yards around here are full of them, they were also available in some full size cars.

Pretty sure all cars were FWD by 1992.

I stand corrected, I was thinking the New Yorkers but I forgot the switched platforms.

Hey everyone, thank you for the encouraging replies. I am sure I will find a usable donor motor and then rebuild it into a semi-stormer at the very least. I probably wont push it quite as hard as before, while I like the engine work, some of the removal and replacement aspects are not too pleasant. Again, thank you!!!
