Need a measurement

Hello all i close to having the car back on it's rear wheels but before i do i need a couple of dolly wheels on the front but what i need is someone with a car on all 4 wheels with a standard height car to measure the distance between the ground and the chassis rail between the 2 bolts where the cross member is bolted thank you

My 70 Charger R/T (440/auto) measures 13 1/2". Old Man bought the car new, and it's never been down. Hope this helps.

P. S. tires are the stock Rally wheels w/F -70 15's that came on the car.
