Need help 1970 Dodge Charger

Hi I'm in the process of replacing my sheet metal on my 1970 Dodge Charger and running into a problem on the driver side. I have a rusted out inner roof structure I have looked for a donor car to no avail. Anybody have any suggestions.

Is there any way to just fabricate something to take its place? If I'm looking at what I think I'm looking at, once it's all welded back together, nobody will be able to see it anyway.
 
X2 on fabrication unless you can find a donor vehicle to cut the piece from.
