Need to ID these Panels, Help?

Hope that some of you Ol' Pro's can help ID these panels. I'm putting my 66 coronet back together, not going to be a daily driver and won't be driven on the street (1/4 mile straight line only). Anyways I don't know if these are structural or just filler panels of some kind, it looks like there's a right and left side. Any help is much appreciated.

Nope. I’m going with the gravel guards on top of the front bumper brackets.

That would explain why they weren't on the car, front bumper is bent! Thx.
