Hey there guys, I'm looking for either a 400 or 440 engine for my 73 charger, looking for something preferably with trans. Not trying to spend an arm or a leg so if you have a big block taking up room in your shop that your tired of tripping over let me know. Want it to be anywhere in the New England area, so i don't have to worry about shipping. Thanks, and happy holidays!

Do you know how to search on Craigslist?

I just found:
1. Attleboro Mass for $400
2. Framingham Mass for for $1,250 (1968 complete)
3. Hartford (I assume Conn) 1970 HP 440

PS: I live in CA
But I am from RI

Yes, I do, and Id rather check my options on here. As statedlooking for running and relatively ready to go. So thank you, but I've spent more time on Craigslist than one could imagine.. Besides I'm asking members here for help, not to be directed to another website.

Oh...you want to buy a "Complete and Built 400 OR 440 with good running 727 trans...
You see masshole...it really does not say that in your post.

That Framingham 440 is complete...

Or its that out of your budget range?

If your specifically looking for a 440 or 400 from the Forum, good luck.

Interesting name you have there!

PS: Merry Christmas...

Ha Ha...yeah...perhaps you'd like to put a Hemi in that "thing"?

I'm pretty sure R.C. has a few he is stumbling over...

OK...now I'm depressed again..."SLEEPAR"...give me some meds?
