Hi all,

I recently made some modifications to my 70 coronet and figured I should share.

Blacked out grill. I left the halos argent. Amber hi-beams.
Black wheels. I haven't decided if I should put the dog dishes back on yet.
Black drivers mirror
Six Pack decal on a black steel hood with custom scoop
I was going to do some front bumperettes but I didn't want to drill holes. I still may do it though.
Custom wood grain dash. Standard dash with radio delete so I could put gauges there. Sorry I don't have a pic right now.

Anyway, here she is. I will run it this way for 2013 and see how it goes.

Looks vicious, I love it!

I like the blacked out rims. Awesome car, what do you run for motor and ets?

I like the grille, many years ago I ran black rims with chrome center cap, chrome lug nuts and stainless beauty rings on my '70. It actually looked pretty sharp.

dont mess with me stance, nice job

Here is a pic of the engine bay. I will have to post a more recent pic of the dash tonight.

I haven't taken the car to the track yet, but I plan to soon. The motor is a 0.030 over 440 with diamond pistons 11:1, .542 cam, stage VI heads ported and polished. crane roller rocker tips, six pack. 3.91 gear, MT ET on the rear. 727 with RMVB.

Oh my! Some SERIOUS badassery!

Thanks for all the compliments. I appreciate it.

Here are some pics of the dash. I'm still messing around with it. The wood is actually my template that I was going to use when I made a set out of burl wood, but the template came out good in my opinion, so I'm running with it.....for now.

stock is crap, custom is da way

Sweet, I say leave the bumperettes off, looks good just the way it is. Love the hood and color combo as well. Outa be fun to drive and draw a lot of attention. Great job

Here is a couple pics before some of the changes. I still haven't decided if I am going to run the dog dishes this year. It is nice to have options.

looks mean! a buddy has a '70 Coronet, and he was behind me(not for long!) coming froma show. I watched him in the rer view, and thought how menacing the '70s looked.
