II bought these several years ago and a swap meet only older them down on my motor never did run the motor they've just been sitting. They do have a few paint chips from sitting around over the years what you can see in the pictures they are new but they are not perfect.a little dusty from setting around. I don't have the breather caps or grommets they come just as you see them.
