Kept having a “popping” sound on my 2011 Ram 2500 4x4 CCSB 6.7 every time I turned the steering wheel at a dead stop. So I bought a Synergy track bar, that helped some but still had it. Then I bought the Synergy “knock off” drag link and tie rod bar. Theses have replaceable tie rod ends and are grease-able.

Bingo! Noise is gone. Took me about 4 hours to install, had to go back/forth checking on the steering wheel to make sure I was going in the right direction to center it.

I measured the toe, set the new stuff to the measurement, but I think it’s off a tad so Monday I’ll get it aligned to Thuren specs.....0.00-0.05 toe and 3.8-4.2 caster. Other than that, I’m a happy camper!!
