I have the standard manifold for the 67 Coronet, not the HP manifold......does anyone make a exhaust system and down pipes for the 6.3L? DO I keep the Magnaflow 19303 set I bought and the 19304 downpipes.....? Holy crap I did not expect to run into this.....

Do you still have your original exhaust? If so, a quality exhaust shop can cut it just below the flange and fab up a new one.

Any competent muffler shop can make proper down pipes to go with the rest of the exhaust system.

Nope.....it was rotted at the bend on both sides too......

Sadly I may have to try and find some HP manifolds.

Not sure if they make the correct ones for your engine, but I bought a set of front downpipes from TTI a few years ago - for the 440 manifolds (6BBL style).

Worth a shot looking on their site, and calling them.

They are about 2 feet long all up, and ready to weld onto the rest of the exhaust system.

These seem to be the most common, but I'd bet the turn downs they make are for the HP ones.....

Classic Industries shows headpipes for 1966-1967 361/383. Part # MB 2594 (LH) and MB 2595 (RH). $170.00 each. Maybe these are what you need.
