Has anyone been able to remove thier oil pan with the engine still in the car? I know the conventional wisdom is that ya gotta yank the motor, but there's some very resourceful people out there who turn CW on it's head sometimes. I've done it in trucks, I even replaced the mains on my RamCharger without pulling the motor, although that job would've been easier with the motor out. I want to get at my oil pump but pulling the engine out isn't really considered an acceptable parking-lot activity, damn tight-*** apt managers anyway.

guessing if he has to get to the oil pump that it's a small block....but yea, not much info to go on here...kinda like asking "Why does my tire go flat?"

on my 69 RR simply take the steering link bar off the tie rod ends and the idler arm.
