Hey all,
I'm nearing the finish line of a 20 some
odd year build. Through the course of
the build, I've accumulated parts that
didn't quite fit the end goal.
In my friends honor (a deceased
Vietnam era veteran), I would like to
donate to whomever can use the parts.
I'm going to catalog and number the
parts. If you're interested in something
all I ask is that you reimburse the
shipping cost. On your honor.
There are not a lot of parts, but
throwing them in a box and setting
them on the shelf won't do.
Pics to follow. I'm lining them out
in the next day or so.

The veteran mentioned is the person
I bought the build from. I had hoped
to proudly park it in his driveway
as finished.
Sadly, he passed before it's
completion.
If you believe, then he knows! Giving to others has it's own rewards. Shortly you'll feel it wash over you, well done!!

I'm sure your buddy has a grin on his face by now.
Hats off to you for seeing it through.

How nice. It’s your parts but I would give first dibs to a veteran who needs the parts.

you're an honorable man @1STMP
& that's very noble & generous
very much in the spirit of the hobby

Moderators;
Since I'm not really selling these parts,
would it be OK to post pics of what
parts I have as a continuation of this
thread?
I invision all transactions for shipping
reimbursement thru private
messaging. Thanks in advance.

I have no problem with that.....and think what you are planning is great!

You’re a good man. Your friend would be/is proud of you I’m sure.

First, congratulations on 20 years of work on a project. I am sure your friend is proud.
Second, THANK YOU for such a display of good will and community in times like these. Again, your friend I am sure is proud.
And YOU should be proud of both of these things. I hope all of this brings a smile to your face.

I know I said I'd have this lined out
in a couple days. Taking longer than
I thought, as I'm getting the final
touches done on the interior of
the truck. I'm a man of my word.
Thanks for your patience.

Still ain't forgot. This will happen.
With the holiday, things are hectic.
Got friends reporting in and have
made arrangements to play host
to those that define my years of
comaradity. Friendship I hold dear.
People I've worked with over the
years, and have remained in touch
with. They're family.
To all, have a great Memorial Day
weekend, be safe, and above all,
remember those that gave all for
the love of this country.

If interested in anything, please PM me

the exception of the oil pump pars
