Options & Accessories Report

I'd like to find out more information about an options and accessoiries report on my 69 bee.
I was told Chrysler didn't start recording that before the 70ies - but one offers this reporting. So there might be information ressources out there?!
Does anybody know?

Galen Govier offers the Options and accessories reports. They are a more succinct version of the factory reports in an easier to read format. They tell you about how many cars were produced with which option or, in some instances, drive line combinations.

What is included in GG's report can only contain information from the original documentation. So if the factory did not track certain things, like color, on the original report, then they cannot be reported on GGs.

To my knowledge, the factory did not track color prior to '70 and I've not seen credible factory reproduced information on color prior to '70.

GG does offer a 69 Super Bee O&A report. It is pretty comprehensive and useful. I'd encourage you to order one.

The factory and GG's reports are not absolute numbers when it comes to production figures. Not all cars are included in the original reports and the options were reported in percentages of total units. Given there is a fudge factor when you use percentages the numbers reported are 'about' or 'approximately' cars produced with that particular option.

The reported numbers are close but not absolute.

i wonder where the heck they got the informations of?! though there's no records of the production numbers out there.

I'm on the Superbee Registry website they have some info.

do you mean superbeeregistry.com? my car is also listed there by one previous owner - it's the file no# 1855 on the 69 super bee files.
but there are only general production numbers for engines. not for the options and accessoires available for these cars.
