Package Tray & Sail Panel area

Hey All, does the package tray sit over the edge of the sail panel or is it the other way around?

I can't remember and can't find a picture. I don't want to keep playing around with the sail panels and scratch them up.

Actually in this picture it looks like the sail panel is above the package tray. Thanks.

When I was reading yours, this link was at the bottom under similar threads.


It makes sense to me to have the package tray on top. Why would they bother to finish the ends if they were hidden. But, I don't know for sure.
 
Hi E5, thanks, yes I did see that link. What your saying seems to make sense. I think the best thing to do is I'll install it and see how it looks.

Just waiting for some weatherstripping glue so I can install that and then get the interior rear of the car done.
 
The package tray does sit on top.
