Pal Nuts for 71 GTX marker lights

Anyone know of a source for tall style Pal nuts used to hold the bezels on the marker lights for these cars? Seems to be a few different ones for the E-body's? Also, several of mine are bent from over tightening. Has anyone or is there any tips out there for straightening these?
