Hey Folks,

wondering if you could give me some help. I am currently trying to adjust my new parking brake and besides its not yet braking, the pedal is also not returning

Found in an older thread that the return of the pedal is linked with the cable where it attaches the baking plate.

Before i take the brake shoes off, how and where do i adjust the tension to make the pedal return?

The combined spring load on the cables pull the pedal up. Adjustment is usually made where these two cables attach to the pedal cable at the equalizer I believe.
Does your brake set have this silver bar or similar installed?
