Anyone have experience with that? In a 2000 Jeep XJ. But thinking vehicle matters not.

As long as the EVap system is intact and working I would think it would pass. Not sure how a fuel cell would work with evap. They have all kinds of purge solenoids and other sorted tid bits. A not working Evap would fail you in a smog check because it would be a fault in the system. This is just me thinking out loud. So take it for what its worth.

Evap, purge solenoid vent can all needs to be there and registering that the system has no leaks.. as far as the fuel system goes. Cats must be functioning here if it came with them. I would expect the same out there.
