Morning, I need help. I purchased a set of 65 Plymouth Dog Dish hubcaps (see pic) and now find out that I cannot find any steel wheels for sale that these will fit. Does anyone know who would make aftermarket steelies for a 64 Hemi Savoy?? I do not have a numbers matching car so any 4 slotted wheel in 15" x 6", 7" or 8"
Thanks in advance, Joe

Try Coker Tire/Wheel Vintiques brand.

wheel vintiques series 62 wheel centers are too wide cap will not fit over the 3 fingers and the 63 centers are too small.

I have this same problem. I'm doing a disc brake conversion on my 65 wagon. Had to go with 15" steelies and I am going with a pair of 69 dog dish hubcaps I have laying around.

As far as I know, any aftermarket steelie will be for the 9" cap. Prior to 67, the b-body caps were 10 "
Duster22 had centers made for the 10"caps, to put in hoops of your choice, BUT, they are all gone now.
You might try a WANT post on C-bodies side for 15" wheels for 10"caps. B-bodies in those years were 14s.

There was a member that sold wheel centers that you can use to make nice wheels ( including wide wheels never offered from the factory) to work with those dog dishes.
Unfortunately i believe he has now retired. I have some ( not to sell) and they are very nice. Maybe some others have some to sell, or some whole wheels made up already??? Id try a WTB ad and see how you do.

Thanks for the info. Please let me know if you decide to sell what you have. Joe

There are various methods of securing a 10" cap to 9" wheel. None as clean as a new 10" center like Duster22 had made, but can be done.
Two ways I've heard of include building up weld, or welding tabs to the nubs. I've also heard of ratty old 9" caps rtv-glued into the ten caps to secure them to 9" cap wheels.
A search here might come up with more info.

On my GTX I have run the bigger caps by epoxying 9" caps inside the 10". Worked fine for years. Now I mini tubbed the car for a Hellcat swap and went to wider wheels. This time I ordered wheels custom made by Bogart Wheels to fit the 10" caps. Really nice but $$$$$$

Weld on nubs, works, never seen when caps are installed.

I don't see anything on that link that says they will fit 10" caps. Am I missing something
I seriously doubt that 10" caps would fit those wheels. There would be an uproar from guys with 9" caps that don't fit (probably twenty to one, people with 9s compared to guys that want 10s)
Heck, those are smoothies! They wont hold ANY Mopar cap..., except maybe full wheel covers.
