Is this a factory Booster? Something about that tag does not feel right...

Can't really read it but it says

67-68 Coronet Charger

and a bunch of number/letters

The Booster looks like the one that was on my 68 Charger with power drum brakes. Mine didn't have a tag though. Could have been aftermarket

I have found that the number is a Midland part number for this booster.

It's at least "possible" that it was an OEM booster rebuilt by Midland (I'm no expert). I had one VERY similar to it that I bought back in 1990 for my power disc/drum car since that's all that was available at the time. Mine doesn't have that tag, but it does have the big ring/screw like yours that looks like you can open up the booster & replace a diaphragm. I used to wonder if mine was rebuilt or aftermarket. I've got the correct, reproduction booster on my car now.
