Production nr B7 Sport satellite

I have a 69 Plymouth Sport Satellite convertible. B7 blue with b7 blue interior and a black top. 318 automatic. 904? Console car. How many of these were built? Were B7 a popular color or rare in 1969?

The only one of those items tracked by the factory in 1969 was the engine and tranny combo. There is no way to know the number of cars that came in a specific color for that year or color combination for any year.

This article states that there were just 818 Sport Satellite converts made in 1969. In my opinion B7 blue was not a real popular...Ed

For Road Runner it was a under 3% Color, I have Lynch Road satellite in B7

That is Dave Watts’ work. Ive known Dave and swapped info with him for some time.

It’s his tracking of A12 cars. It is a small sample of a small segment of cars produced.

It would not be good research to extrapolate his work to be an accurate representation of all production. One would expect that sub group to over represent high impact colors and under represent more subdued colors that might be more prevalent on other models within the car line.
