Proportioning Valve Question

Is the distribution block the same as the proportioning valve on a 69 Coronet with all 4 drum brakes?

No. It's just a distribution fitting. The prop valve sends less pressure to the rears than to the fronts in a disc brake car.

Drums all around don't use a proportioniong valve. Just have the distribution block.
