Pulley's - 440 Source

Who here has bought the entire billet aluminum serpentine Pulley set from 440 Source? Happy with Quality?

I'm looking at it online right now but for some reason the double groove serpentine crank pulley doesn't show up in any searches by item or part #?

I think it's safe to assume anyone here converting all the pulley's would do serpentine over v-groove?? if not why?

Goggle shows that the correct # 200-1109 is for the double serpentine pulley and you are correct that the source doesn't show a listing anymore. Maybe contact them and find out why?

I have been using the 440 source alternator pulley, double crank serpentine pulley for over a year with the summit alternator bracket. With the turnbuckle equipped alternator bracket the serpentine belt works great and the quality of all of the parts is good. I have yet to switch to power steering but I do have the pulley, and power steering bracket from March (summit doesn't have one).


You do need to be running an electric fan if possible. The register to center the fan on the water pump is to short to center the fan with the thicker pulley. I am running a mechanical fan but it took some work to get it centered. Bolts hand tight, adjust, spin repeat....repeat...repeat.

Thanks Jim Bob. You can see in the "edit" in my last post 440 Source has discontinued the double crank serpentine pulley so I'm going to have to lean another way but appreciate your input! I will be running electric fans (4 of them) so also nice to know I don't have to worry about that with whatever decision I make

V belts are simple and good to stay if you plan on just using mechanical fan. But for looks Id call march.
