Never should have sold either one of these...
The truck was a D200, 360/auto. CREW cab, 8' bed...frame was great but the body had major rust issues. Bought it for $500, drove it for a few years, beat on it, hauled stuff with it...then one of my techs at a bike shop offered me $3k for it....
Volare was $45. Seriously. Coworker said "you're a mopar guy, you need this car. my HOA is on my case, it has to go". I don't need another car, Jay... "how much money is in your wallet right now?" $45. "You bought a car!". Dammit. 35k miles. /6, 904. Factory a/c, blew 32 degrees out the vents at idle in 90 degree weather.
I buffed it, put a tailpipe and muffler on it, the cop wheels and tires...and drove it. Till a guy drove past the house one day when I was mowing, pulled in, said "my son is getting his license and he thinks he's getting the PT Turbo...how much for the Volare?" Told him it wasn't for sale. "$4k?" Lemme go get the title.

A friend of mine has this music room. He has a half dozen or so other guitars in another room. The only problem is that he's into heavy metal. It just breaks me down!! LOL. I will say, the boy can play!!!
