What do you guys do to re-size pictures?

Depending on which computer I'm on, open pic with Photoshop or even Microsoft Paint or what ever other photo edit software, re-size, save and post...

At a pinch, you can even upload pics to a free on-line photo edit website and re-save them.. (search "free online photo editor")

Photobucket.com works real well, upload, view and copy the link and paste, it's free.

I use MS Paint, usually to shrink pictures to 30 or 40 percent size of original.

I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager (it's part of MS Office Tools)
