When your an Orca, and you have the heart the size of a whale . . . then you have the heart the size of a whale . . . and it shows in this story. The poor baby calf only lived about a half hour . . . but she's still carrying it around and it's now on the 6th day . . .

It breaks my heart that she's still "trying" to help the calf . . .

( dang pollen must be really bad down here in NC today . . . )

Our baby giraffe at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo isn't going to make it. Sad. I saw a film on chimpanzees. The matriarch of the group had a son. He was a real spoiled brat. The mother died and the baby sat with the dead mother until he died.

Maybe humans could learn a thing or two about it's not really a baby it's just tissue.

"It's just tissue" argument is the argument for abortions, not for the circle of life. We can continue to go around it, or get left behind.

Time to let go and move on, or be like the baby chimp
