Find a local commercial truck dealer like International, Freightliner, etc. and ask their service dept who does their spring work for them. They can usually give you a local spring foundry that can take your old springs and make a new pair. If you want the vehicle to set higher or lower they can make the springs with the correct arch to achieve this also. They can also supply you with new u/bolts if needed.

21front, 35 rear, 56 total are the segment lengths. You can use Mopar Super Stock springs with a longer front leaf hanger.

Just add to threewoods post won't it move rear axle back 1"? Drive shaft length, ball and trunion?

No. Super stock springs have a 20" front segment so add 1" to the front hanger and it places the axle in stock location. Rear segment is not as important.

S/S front hangers are 2" long, unless I'm wrong. Front on later springs 22" S/S springs 20".

Another vote for ESPO. Just picked mine up from them last week. Not installed but they look great. Very OE and price was a lot less than Eaton.

I stand corrected, learned some thing new. Thanks it will help dukeboy's problem.

And here is a chart to show spring segments for anyone who is curious.

so do I need a 1 inch or a 2 inch longer front hanger, im confused

Think 1"longer front from what Threewood posted. Hope he chimes in one which ones with Mancini number I don't want tell you the wrong one. His solution sounds good me. Measure twice order once is my motto.

If you go with the Mopar super stock springs, you need the 1" longer front hanger set (click on the Mancini link I provided and it takes you to the correct one).

If you go with the super stock springs they are a paired set as the pass side spring has 2 extra leafs to aid in loading the rear end correctly. So 456 / 457 would be a set. Read the description in the links.
