What year was a rear sway bar available for b and e body vehicles? Was it an option or standard equipment?

yes, all AAR and TA cars had the .75 rear sway bar.

And 71 for E body cars from there on....well at least my 71 340 Cuda had a rear factory bar.

From what I read about E body the rear sway bar could be optioned or was part of the also optional heavy duty suspension packages.
A car like the TA or AAR was standard with the heavy duty suspension so they all got the rear bar at the factory.
