Someone put holes in my pod for a CB mic mount.

There are 2 3/16" holes and 1 3/8".

The pod is hard plastic like an instrument cluster.

I was thinking of using JB Weld to fill the holes.

I've used it to reattach mounting ears on a grille, and that worked great.

My fear is that it might shrink and warp the plastic because it will be completely surrounded.

Anyone fixed holes in their cluster with JB Weld?

I found a company called Polyvance. Lots of videos on YouTube. They make a variety of plastic repair products. They have used them on motorcycle fairings and other high stress repairs with good success. They make a self settings powder that sounds perfect for your repair.
