70? Is different?

Yes. A 70 wheel has 3 small holes in the spokes near the center hub area. People have drilled holes in a 68-69 wheel to make them work. Al

The holes on the spokes are for the plastic piece that goes between the wheel and column. It's a spacer. The holes do not show when everything is assembled.
