New to the site. First Mopar project in many years. Bought a 63 Dodge B body, model 440 with 15K on it. It's a four door but in good shape. Can't afford prices on 2 drs on a fixed income but not doing a resto anyway, just building it the way I want it. In fact, the entire drivetrain was originally intended for a 57 Studebaker Silverhawk with 500HP + nitrous.(which unfortunately I had to sell). When gas went over $4.00 gal I decided on a very diff project - squeeze an few extra MPG from a 440 motor so I could drive it more often than to once a month car club meets. Obviously I like to do things a little off the wall so bear with me; any tips for this project would be much appreciated. Also, I saw someone advertise some repo linkage for the old BB long ram for $60.00 but now can't seem to find it. Anyone out there seen it? And no, this isn't for the mileage project if you were wondering if the old guy has lost his marbles. Glad to be aboard!
