What is the best way to remove a long deep dent in a 1973 Roadrunner in the rocker panel? Would it be better to replace?

If the metal is rust free, I would do what you could to save it. Best way would be to try a stud welder and pull it out. Harbor Freight sells one which is good but the puller needs to be modified to work correctly.
