New never used! It is complete, It has ten inch tires so it is easy to move around on rough surfaces! Will hold any full size auto! Have no use for it so I decided to sell it I paid $1,700.00 Will sell it for $1,200.00 Will have to be picked up! Or buyer can arrange for and pay for shipping! B.T.W. it's painted Hemi orange!
