In doing my 11.75 disc upgrade, I got a set of R1 concept rotors from autozone. After I got one side complete, I noticed that it appeared that one side of the milled hub had about 1/8 larger lip on one side than the opposite side. So when you turn the rotor it appears that the distance from the bottom of the caliper to hub is different as it spins. With the wheel on it looks ok while spinning, but will the cause any type of imbalance while driving? Never seen this much variance before. Thanks and forgive me if noob question!

There should be no problems. Somewhere in the manufacturing process they are balanced.
