Rubber bushing questions

There is a big bushing w/bolt going through it, connecting the main frame rails with the forward frame rails, both are falling apart.
Can anybody tell me the name of the bushings?

Anybody sell a complete on near complete bushing kit?

Replace them with solid bushings like the ones below. I saw a post on here where someone makes them for less but firm feels quality is A#1 and they are greant to work with and get help from.
