We are tentatively scheduled for October 7th in Rancho Cordova, CA.
Back by popular demand! Same old location as we had for many years....after a 3 year detour, we are back in the park.
By October, the Summer heat has subsided so this should be a nice, comfortable day of Mopars, parts and telling stories!

That's RIGHT!
The Capital City Mopars are coming BACK to Hagan Park in Rancho Cordova after a 3 year absence.

After a hiatus in 2020 and two shows at the Carmichael Elks Lodge in 2021 and 2022, we are coming back to the Park where we used to be.
Show-goers let us know that they overwhelmingly prefer the Park. We have worked to make it happen again.
Our shows used to be in June, the Saturday after Fathers Day. It was always a gamble with the weather in late June...It was mid 80s sometimes and well over 100 other times.
This year, the show is early October. Here in Sacramento, that usually means upper 80s.
We will have the usual.....Car show, swap meet, car corral, music, raffles and if luck holds out, a FREE picture of you in your show car as you enter the park! This year we are considering employing one or more FOOD trucks. This may broaden the menu options compared to traditional Hamburgers and hot dogs.

Thanks for sharing this! Great show, so glad it’s going back to the park!

Glad to hear it's back! While the Elk's Lodge worked, there was a lot of dirt and asphalt. And it was small. The park is quite pleasant. See you all there!

That would be a great one for me to drive the beast to, all 99 no grapevine! A little less exhausting than the trip to SoCal.
We'll see how things are shaking out by then. Thanks for the post!

Oh yeah...Swap meet, car corral, food trucks too.

Got it penciled in.
Sounds like a good time and would be nice to put some names to forum handles.

I will plan to be there at the swap meet with a 20 ft enclosed trailer chocked full of parts.

That is great! Our swap meet setup times might be a bit later than you're used to. We've had guys come in before sunrise and were really pissed when we told them that they had to move.
PM me directly and I'll get answers for whatever you may need.

Yeah, it is happening.

Maybe reach out to the Mopar Alley people so they can glean some info from a smooth running show. Would benefit them next year.
