Hi fellas,
I thought you might like to see the exhaust system I built using 180* bends (from Columbia River Mandrel Bending). The TTI's did not line up with the frame cut outs so I had to cut and fit the street hook ups to start off. I cut all the fittings on my carbide chop saw including the heels of two 90*s for the X pipe fitting. I found masking tape would hold things together for trial fits and peeled back areas for tack welding. I used the same rubber hangers as found on my wife's T&C mini van ( Rock Auto ). I also used mufflers and resonators from Classic Chambered Exhaust. One 10" stick of 3" from a local muffler shop was more than enough for the whole system. What do you think?
Mike
